The Bath (NH) Village Bridge is one of the longest (376 feet) and oldest (1832) in the nation. And I am fortunate to live just 100 yards up the road from it. I cross it each day to go to the gallery; a trip of about 300 yards. And this is the view from our bedroom window. I love seeing it first thing every morning when I wake up. I painted this as it looked about 60 years ago when it was entirely red. The old boards have been replaced and it is just grey weathered wood now.
